Container de-vanning/loading experience – Strong understanding of unloading, staging, loading, freight flow, and proper trailer/container utilization. Problem-solving & decision-making – Able to react quickly to trailer shortages, volume swings, call-offs, equipment issues, and other operational changes without disrupting production.
