Reporting to the Executive Director of Public Safety at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Director of Public Safety at Mount Auburn Hospital plays a critical leadership role in fostering a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Recommend and implement operational strategies related to staffing models, scheduling practices, contracted services, investigations, contingency planning, labor relations, and other departmental operations to support efficient and effective Public Safety services.
