The Commercial Appliance Mechanic provides maintenance and repairs on restaurant grade commercial appliances including, but not limited to deep fat fryers, ovens, ranges, mixers, warming ovens, ice machines, electric slicers, convection ovens, steam kettles, freezers and chillers, using hand tools, test equipment and following wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s specifications. The Appliance Mechanic installs, services and repairs washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers and other electrical household or commercial appliances, using hand tools, test equipment and following wiring diagrams and manufacturer’s specifications.
