Under indirect and intermittent supervision of Area Leader and when assigned the work directions from Senior District Mechanic A & B, adjust, repair, replaces or overhauls auto, truck, and mobile equipment; engines of gas, diesel and alternative fuels (propane, electric, etc.), transmissions, transfer cases, clutches, axles, suspension, steering, and brake assemblies, ignition, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, computerized and electrical systems, drive lines, etc. inspections on trucks, trailers, automobiles, trenchers, backhoes, rope tensioners, duct rodders, cable pullers, reel transfer truck, fuel tankers, waste tankers, diesel engines, hydraulically, mechanically and/or electrically operated cranes, booms, aerial towers, platforms, diggers, earth boring equipment, bulldozers, air compressors, forklifts, end loaders, etc.
