This role supports workforce development initiatives through cross-training, stretch assignments, and participation in developmental activities designed to prepare employees for advancement into higher-level technical and operational positions, including Mold Technician, Protech, Lead, and other production support roles. The Production Floor Person works closely with production operators, technicians, quality personnel, and supervisors to maintain production flow, support departmental objectives, and ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
