What You'll Need:

As production ramps, you’ll set up and run color compounding equipment, monitor line speeds, and keep quality on target. You’ll pull samples, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot when something’s off. Throughout the shift you’ll document output and quality checks, keep your area clean to lean standards, and coordinate with teammates during changeovers.
