The Lead Carpenter will work closely with client Site Superintendents and General Superintendents to support day-to-day project operations. Basic to intermediate level carpentry, caulking, layout, square, commercial metal studs, ALT ceilings, dry wall.

<div>The Lead Carpenter will work closely with client Site Superintendents and General Superintendents to support day-to-day project operations. This role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring flexibility to perform a variety of tasks that may change daily. You will be responsible for traveling to multiple job sites on a weekly or sometimes daily basis to assist with physical tasks as needed. At a minimum, you will be sure to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in collaboration with site leadership and subcontractors. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: </div><ul><li>Prepare and maintain construction sites, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for daily operations.</li><li>Transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. </li><li>Basic to intermediate level carpentry, caulking, layout, square, commercial metal studs, ALT ceilings, dry wall. </li><li>Carry out manual labor tasks under minimal supervision, following instructions from supervisors and adapting to evolving site needs. </li><li>Install and assemble temporary structures and job site signage, including scaffolding, ladders, and enclosures.</li><li>Operate heavy and light construction equipment safely such as forklifts, skid steers, lulls, and rental machinery. </li><li>Operate basic construction equipment including pumps, generators, shop vacs, power tools, etc. </li><li>Assist with light demolition and general site teardown work. </li><li>Accurately track and document daily assignments, ordering materials, contributing to clear communication and project progress reporting. </li><li>Strong ability to be adaptable and multitask in fast-paced, dynamic environments. </li><li>Maintain and clean shop tools and equipment.</li></ul><div> WHAT YOU ARE BRINGING TO THE TEAM: </div><ul><li>Strong carpentry skills with an emphasis on commercial framing! Must have metal framing experience.</li><li>Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to prioritize and complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Experience leading a team is a plus! </li><li>Flexible and dependable, available for night shifts, weekends, and off-hours work as project demands. </li><li>Self-motivated team player with leadership qualities and a proactive work ethic.</li><li>Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; excels in collaborative, non-confrontational environments. </li><li>Proven background in construction labor with experience across multiple project types. </li><li>Strong communication skills; coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams. </li><li>Skilled in real-time problem solving and decision-making under pressure. </li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-task individually and as a team. </li><li>Hands-on experience operating power tools, equipment, and construction machinery. </li><li>Consistently maintains a safety-first mindset, following site protocols and best practices. </li></ul>

<h5>Store Lead </h5>Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art. Drive custom framing sales.
