This role requires extensive experience with large-scale cast-in-place concrete, exposed structural steel, deep below-grade construction, and high-end interior buildouts executed to exceptional standards. Our projects are intricate and detail-driven, with extended scopes, tight tolerances, and uncompromising expectations for quality and execution. We need an operator who can run a concrete pour in the morning, review structural steel shop drawings before lunch, walk a millwork mockup in the afternoon, and close the day with clean subcontractor correspondence.
