In collaboration with the Division Head, Clinical Practice Director, Fellowship Program Director and Medical Directors and Section Heads (as appropriate) of the divisions, this individual will work with other hospital and medical group leaders to strategically align and integrate our goals and activities in clinical care, research, teaching and advocacy to achieve maximum measurable impact. In collaboration with the Division Head, Clinical Practice Director, and Medical Directors and Section Heads (as appropriate) of the division, manages faculty effort allocation (time allocated to each mission - clinical, administrative, research and educational effort), activity planning for each of those missions and productivity management for all providers.
