This role performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance, responds to facility service requests, assists with inspections and repairs, and works with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Perform basic repairs and maintenance involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, doors, hardware, flooring, and general building systems.
