Qualifications: • 2-3 years of professional design experience in-house, at agencies, or freelance • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field • Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and execution across digital and print channels • Experience designing for healthcare, science, biotech, or technology sectors (a strong plus) • Background working across multiple formats: digital advertising, print collateral, motion graphics, social media, and video • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign • Experience with motion and video tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms • Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable brand guidelines • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and platform-specific requirements (social, display, email).
