Working Hours: 9 - 6 ESWhat You'll Be Doing:Order Fulfillment & LicensingReview and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate US license delivery (cloud keys)Manage the full order lifecycle across regions, tracking open cases and collaborating with Sales, TechOps, and SupportLead regular syncs with Sales to clean pipelines and streamline processesTrack requests and issues via Jira and internal systemsReporting & RenewalsOwn the end‑to‑end subscription and renewal process in SalesforceProvide accurate forecasts and insights on recurring revenue, renewals, churn risk, and expansion opportunitiesAdministrative & Executive Support (CRO)Support the CRO with administrative and operational tasks, including Travel reports and other admin work as requiredRequirements:3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, or Business Analytics (B2B SaaS / Tech preferred)Strong communication skills and fluent English (written and verbal)Willingness and ability to work US business hours from the PhilippinesStrong expertise in SalesforceAdvanced skills in ExcelExperience working with global teams and supporting US‑based stakeholdersFamiliarity with Jira, ConfluenceHighly organized, proactive, and able to work independently$7 - $8 an hourAbout 1840 & Company1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
