As a part of the team, you will: Lead and support recruiting initiatives for mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, logistics, and other skilled trades professionals across Alfa Laval Service Centers in the U.S. Partner with Service Center Managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and local labor market challenges. As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Service Center Managers across the U.S. in attracting, selecting, onboarding, and developing skilled trades talent, including mechanics, technicians, welders, inspectors, and other technical professionals.
