Proactively manage international orders, including executing required import and export functions and logistics processes within SOP-specified time frames, such as vessel bookings, drayage dispatch, cost record maintenance, sending ISF and commercial documents to brokers, and providing inbound carrier nominations. Key responsibilities include planning and executing SNF’s logistics processes; coordinating dispatching, tracking, and shipment bookings; maintaining accurate records, cost information, and documentation; identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement; and communicating with freight agents.
