The CFO ensures the integrity of financial reporting, develops strategic financial plans, manages budgeting and forecasting processes, oversees revenue cycle and reimbursement activities, and supports the hospital's mission through sound financial stewardship. This role provides leadership for financial planning, accounting, budgeting, treasury management, capital planning, and financial performance improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
