What You'll Do as an Equipment / Logistics Coordinator:You will play a key role in keeping our fleet and logistics operations running smoothly and compliantly:Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, titles, insurance cards, and IFTA fuel permits/filingsTrack and maintain Coast Guard watercraft registrations and renewalsApply for and secure heavy haul permitsOversee company fuel card programManage EZ Pass accounts and transponder trackingAdminister ELD devices and ensure Hours of Service (HOS) complianceMaintain DOT qualification files for commercial driversManage DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirementsAssist with internal trucking schedules and logistics coordinationSupport logistics budgeting and cost trackingTrack and manage fleet assets (trucks, trailers, and equipment)Provide support to Equipment and Asset Managers on special projectsWhat We're Looking For in an Equipment/Logistics Coordinator:Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, licensing, and permittingExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field, shop, and office teamsClean driving recordProficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and mobile/ELD technologiesExperience with HCSS and accounting software (Viewpoint is a plus)Highly organized with a proactive, "can-do" attitudeQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet, or equipment administration preferredAEMP Equipment Management Specialist (EMS) certification is a plusRelevant training or certifications related to fleet/logistics operations are a plusWork EnvironmentPrimarily office-based with occasional time in the yard and at job sitesBrayman Construction Corporation is a leading heavy civil and geotechnical contractor with office headquarters in suburban Pittsburgh.
