Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Coordinate ocean and air export shipments and complete all related tasks • Prepare rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents • Accurately prepare all export-related documentation and complete routings • Prepare and forward accurate and timely billing to clients • Manage most complex shipments and/or key clients • Develop understanding of all aspects of Mohawk Global international trade services • Receive, review, verify and process export documentation from overseas agents/customers • Perform data entry into CargoWise tracking system • Inform receiving parties of customs clearance, delivery instructions and other required information • Track and trace shipments, research and resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors • Manage client and vendor profiles • Collaborate and build relationships with customers, carriers, and agent representatives regarding air and ocean exports to strengthen service competitiveness • Finalize files with billing charges, complete billing invoices and files and maintain completed folders • Provide reporting and analytics as required by customers. • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management (practical and/or academic) • A mindset that is highly attentive to accuracy and details • Appreciation for the value of productive team work as well as individual accountability • The ability to effectively multi-task and work in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
