In this role, you are the hub between customers, sales, production, logistics partners, and internal operations—managing orders from receipt through shipment, with a special focus on international moves, export paperwork, regulatory adherence, and proactive communication. High school diploma or GED required; preference for a degree or prior customer service experience handling international shipments and order processing.
