The Endpoint Engineering and Collaboration Services Manager will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for enterprise endpoint and collaboration services, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID/ICAM integrations, Intune, JAMF, Windows endpoint engineering, macOS engineering, iOS and Android mobile device management, Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC), Teams/Webex/Slack collaboration services, VTC and conference room technologies, and Tier 3 engineering support. 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, technical leads, or senior engineers responsible for enterprise end-user services, endpoint platforms, collaboration services, identity integrations, Microsoft 365 engineering, or closely related infrastructure services.
