Expertise in management of critically ill patients including, but not limited to critical care infusions and titration, Mechanical Ventilation, DKA, Temporary Pacing, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Level 3 trauma care, ICP monitoring, Swan-Ganz Catheters, and A-lines. Assists the Clinical Nurse Manager, Director, and Senior Nursing Director with performance improvement plans and progressive discipline as needed, mentoring staff for self-improvement.
