Utilizing adult learning principles provides classroom instruction, skills demonstrations, hands-on clinical education, competency evaluations, and ongoing staff development to ensure caregivers provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Assists leadership in planning, organizing, and facilitating individual and group education for Personal Care/Homemaking Home Health Aide, Supportive Home Care Aide and CNA trainings using MA and ME State approved curriculum.
