The Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of freight, rail, truck parking, multimodal transportation, and economic planning projects; proactively manage project scope, budgets, schedules, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and client communications; and ensure successful project outcomes that align with HNTB''s 4 for 4 performance commitment: quality work, delivered on time, on budget, and to the client''s satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients and teaming partners, collaborating with practice and technical leaders on strategic growth initiatives and pursuit decisions, representing the practice at industry conferences and events, and mentoring emerging professionals to support their continued growth and development.
