The Crew Planner develops and administers contractual bid processes, including monthly bid packages, vacation, and reserve bids; evaluates crew coverage and staffing requirements; and utilizes planning tools, data, and optimization techniques to develop efficient crew solutions. Evaluate and incorporate changes to planned flying, including last-minute charters and other ad hoc operational requirements, into existing crew plans while identifying opportunities to optimize crew resources, improve productivity, and achieve cost efficiencies.
