Supervise, coach, and develop freight payment team members, including establishing priorities, monitoring workload and performance, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely completion of critical financial activities. Lead freight-related month-end close activities, including spend reconciliation, accrual preparation and validation, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies between accrued, invoiced, and paid transportation expenses across inbound, outbound, eCommerce, fleet, and other transportation expenses.
