In this role, you will work closely with the Delivery Director of Pharmacy Operations and Technology, project teams, Loblaw Technology Colleagues and Pharmacy Business colleagues to ensure projects are delivered in a manner that achieves the business objectives, while following a defined project management methodology, both Waterfall or Agile, ensuring that the solution implemented is both supportable and sustainable. The role works directly with store associates and colleagues in French, translates operational needs into clear product requirements, and develops sufficient Kroll fluency to understand end-to-end workflows, integration points, user roles, configuration differences, and production issues.
