A typical day of a Customer Care Coordinator includes; Answering phone calls and returning voicemails, and emails of prospective customers, qualifying those customers, and scheduling evaluations for the sales team, utilizing our ERP system to track interactions and to provide detailed notes for our Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless handoff. An ideal candidate for this role should have 2+ years in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in the MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software, and a desire to work for a company who is providing solutions that reduce falls and allow individuals to continue to live in their own homes.
