The Coordinator supports campus counselors, principals, teachers, students, families, and District staff by strengthening counseling systems, monitoring implementation, analyzing counseling and student outcome data, and building counselor capacity in academic planning, responsive services, college, career, and military readiness (CCMR), course selection, transition supports, crisis response, and student advocacy. Collaborates with Curriculum and Instruction, College and Career Readiness, Specialized Learning, Multilingual Programs, campus leadership, and other departments to align counseling services, advisory supports, resources, and communication to meet the needs of all student populations.
