This role carries direct, end-to-end responsibility for the planning and execution of select large-scale venue development, construction, and renovation projects - from concept through completion - while also providing regional oversight to ensure consistency, accountability, and disciplined execution across the western United States. 10+ years of progressive experience delivering construction and development projects, including 5+ years leading large-scale projects; entertainment, live-venue, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
