The Budget Analyst will serve as an on-site contractor at the State Department and support ACN/CTR’s foreign assistance financial management process, including award management and monitoring of cooperative agreements and interagency agreements, drafting congressional notifications and reports, developing departmental invoices, responding to programming data calls, and supporting ACN/CTR’s participation and response to oversight requests from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO). GDIT partners with the Department of State’s Office of Cooperative Threat Reduction (ACN/CTR) to implement innovative, efficient, and cost-effective threat-driven security assistance programming that protects U.S. national and economic security and prevents U.S. adversaries from developing, acquiring, or using Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), delivery systems, advanced conventional weapons, and dual-use advanced and emerging technologies. . .
