Why join us? <ul><li> Competitive Compensation: $24–$29/hour (DOE) + annual discretionary bonus</li><li> Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, HSA & FSA</li><li> 401(k) with Company Match</li><li> Stable Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm, every other Friday 7:30am–4:00pm</li><li> Professional Growth: Training, development, and exposure to aerospace manufacturing operations</li><li> Collaborative Work Environment: Close-knit team supporting production, sales, and customers</li><li> Onsite Role: Consistent schedule and team presence</li></ul> Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties <ul><li> Enter and manage customer purchase orders within the Visual Manufacturing System</li><li> Oversee orders from entry through fulfillment, database updates, and filing</li><li> Communicate order status, confirmations, delivery changes, and customer quotes</li><li> Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to establish and maintain delivery dates</li><li> Update customers proactively regarding schedule or delivery changes</li><li> Maintain product knowledge and clearly explain features and benefits to customers</li><li> Handle inbound customer calls, questions, and order-related inquiries</li><li> Complete invoicing and required shipping documentation across multiple platforms</li><li> Perform daily administrative and departmental support tasks</li><li> Work safely and cooperatively across office and production floor environments</li><li> Support continuous improvement and company objectives as needed</li></ul> Qualifications – Needed <ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience</li><li> Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li> Experience supporting order entry, customer communication, and invoicing processes</li><li> Manufacturing industry experience required; aerospace industry experience preferred</li><li> ERP or MRP system experience required</li><li> Strong Microsoft Office proficiency</li><li> Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail</li><li> Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels</li><li> U.S. Person status required due to export control regulations</li><li> Ability to pass background check and drug screen</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
