Deep, hands-on familiarity with multiple VMS platforms (e.g., Workday VNDLY, Beeline, VectorVMS, SAP Fieldglass, Flextrack), plus working knowledge of Direct Sourcing platforms (e.g., Opptly, WorkLLama, TalentNet, LiveHire) and FMS platforms (e.g., Worksuite, YunoJuno, Lifted by Upwork). In this role, you will serve as a trusted, tech-agnostic adviso r to clients and prospects navigating the contingent workforce technology landscape, guiding them in the evaluation and selection of Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Freelance Management Systems (FMS), and Direct Sourcing platforms best suited to their existing tech stack and workforce strategy.
