Responsibilities include oversight of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, DOH, FDA, HIPAA); workforce management encompassing recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, performance management, leadership development, and staff retention; and operational management including policy and procedure development, staffing and scheduling, daily operations, payroll, vendor management, equipment evaluation and procurement, and staff education. Working in close partnership with Medical Directors and enterprise stakeholders, this leader supports research activities, implements CEQI and performance improvement initiatives, and ensures continuous accreditation readiness.
