Key Responsibilities Conduct consultative sales calls, explaining policy features, coverage, exclusions, and required state documentation Quote and bind new business policies in compliance with underwriting and program guidelines Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from prospective clients Meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and performance goals Maintain a deep understanding of insurance coverage and endorsement forms Collaborate with team members and management as needed Perform additional duties as assigned This individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, quoting and binding new business policies across multiple states, and ensuring clients are well-informed about their coverage options.
