Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate and promote Core Values Implement Curriculum Organizes, directs, and implements programming, to include programs in Boys & Girls Clubs of America's five Core Program Areas Provides individual and group instruction Maintain discipline; arbitrate disputes and enforce Club rules Refers youth in need of additional services to appropriate agencies Manage/Delegate appropriate responsibilities to program staff Meet with volunteers and orientate them to the Club environment Ensures planned programs, services, and activities are implemented in accordance with organizational mission, policies, and procedures. Works in partnership with the Campus Director to ensure that a myriad of pro-social and youth development opportunities are available to all Club members.
