Partner with Major Gift and Development colleagues, for identification of prospects* Develop meaningful ways to engage major gift donors and prospects throughout the year including personal visits, executing unique events and volunteer opportunities to connect our members to the work United Way is doing in Broward County.* Create and implement a stewardship and recognition plan, including thanking donors, events and leadership registry. Understand the United Way of Broward concept, mission, purpose, philosophy and background to handle routine calls from public in an effective and diplomatic way.* Develops and maintains good working relationships with staff, board members, major donors, volunteers, agency representatives, and guests of the SDMG.*
