SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS **THIS IS A HYBRID WORKING POSITION** Lead, manage, and grow annual giving programs, including Cars for Homes, monthly giving, employee giving, Individual Build Days, peer-to-peer fundraising, cause marketing partnerships, and third-party fundraising activities. The position manages key individual giving programs, cultivates and solicits a portfolio of donors and prospects, strengthens the mid-level donor pipeline, and supervises an entry-level fundraiser responsible for supporting annual giving and donor engagement activities.
