QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE LANDSCAPING INTERN:Working toward an associates or undergraduate degree in Landscaping, Horticulture, or related fieldExcellent work ethicGeneral knowledge of different types of plant material including flowers, annuals and perennial plantsGeneral knowledge of operating and maintaining equipment pertaining to landscapingPrevious landscaping and gardening experience, preferredValid driver's licenseAbility to lift at least 25 poundsFrequent bending, stooping and liftingMust pass criminal background checkFlexible work schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends, as needed. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPING INTERN The Landscaping Intern will work with the Landscaper to beautify and maintain the complex by assisting in caring for lawns, shrubs, annuals and perennials, which includes mowing, pruning, trimming, planting, as well as landscape installation and other general landscaping functions.
