The Incumbent must have an in-depth knowledge of the different areas of Real Estate including: Understand the property maintenance processes and be familiar with the associated terminology, Understand Landlord/Tenant responsibly as it relates to maintenance (including the difference in Landlord/Tenant responsibility as it relates to build to suit leases, ground leases, pad leases and owned properties), Understand the expense payables process, including knowledge of CAM reconciliations, Pro-rata share and Real Estate Taxes), Understand the Lease Administration processes, including knowledge of income leases as well as an advanced knowledge of expense leases, Understand the fee development process, Understand the site selection process; and, Understand the construction process including possession and substantial completion.
