This role requires a versatile leader who can seamlessly pivot between the responsibilities of a Self-Perform Leader (directly recruiting, hiring and managing skilled internal craft towards established productivity crews) and General Contractor Superintendent (managing site logistics, overall safety, and specialty subcontractors) since the role Tekton serves is job dependent. Deep knowledge and experience installing Divisions 6 (Rough Carpentry), 8, (Doors, Frames, & Hardware), 9 (Gypsum Board Assemblies, flooring, and, painting), 10 (Miscellaneous installations and accessories), 13 (HAC and Racking in Data Center sectors); Proficient in reading blueprints and developing detailed schedules using software.
