A preferred candidate would have experience in all facets of restaurant management, including, but not limited to, scheduling, running shifts, food and labor cost controls, ordering, complaint resolution, customer relations, and the ability to work the majority of the shift on their feet. Management can expect a five-day work week along with a generous compensation package including group health insurance, complimentary food & beverage, 2 weeks paid vacation plus 4 holiday paid days off, We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter.
