ul>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required; or an Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline from an accredited institution and two (2) years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline in a unionized workplace is required; or 60 completed credits towards a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in the above-noted disciplines or a related discipline and two (2) years of experience in the field of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline in a unionized workplace is required. Maintains and supports regular communications with Unions and Union Representatives, Central Office of Labor Relations, Office of Collective Bargaining and other City, State or Federal agencies relating to various labor relations matters.
