Must have the ability to communicate effectively with executive management, Site Managers, field workers, and clients• Talking and reading/writing comprehension is necessary for giving and receiving directions to perform work and/or safety policy• Ability to use math/complete calculations, including budget, cost, and productivity analysis across multiple projects• Work at various tempos, and concentrate amid distractions• Strong decision-making skills necessary, including strategic judgment calls across schedule, cost, safety, and client priorities at a multi-project or regional scale• Detail-oriented; must be able to remember, examine, and observe details across a portfolio of projects• Requires strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to mentor Site Managers and build a bench of future site leadership. Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered• 10+ years of progressive experience in marine, heavy civil, or industrial construction, including experience as a Site Manager or in a similar multi-project leadership role• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple Site Managers, projects, or a large-scale (mega) project• Strong working knowledge of estimate review, Construction Execution Strategy (CES) development, and project controls (earned value, productivity, cost reporting)• Working knowledge of pile driving operations, marine equipment, and waterway/dock construction methods, along with broader construction disciplines• Valid driver''s license required; ability to travel across an assigned region or between project sites as needed.
