Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hardhat, gloves, respirator and work in extreme heat and humidity along with working at heights and in dangerous places within proximity to heavy machinery, as well as outdoors in all weather conditions, stand, and walk, climb stairs and ladders, and work in confined spaces. The Superintendent provides direct leadership to Maintenance Supervisors and coordinates closely with Planning, Scheduling, Reliability, Operations, and contractor resources to ensure work is executed according to the approved maintenance schedule.
