Develop, coordinate, or facilitate training related to Hazard Communication, Hazardous Energy Control (Lockout/Tagout), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) industrial hygiene, bloodborne pathogens, work-zone safety and traffic control, confined spaces, forklift operation, defensive driving, commercial vehicle operation, heavy equipment operation, and other workplace safety requirements. Facilitates the development, implementation, oversight, evaluation, and continuous improvement of safety programs, employee training programs, Commercial Drivers License (CDL) training and testing programs, and equipment training programs for Public Works personnel.
