To be considered for this position, you must: Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service concepts preferred Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Valid DL in good standing and access to private transportation Consent to background screening HS diploma or equiv and possess all documents required by state and federal law Able to walk and stand for long periods Able to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer service-focused.
