The McNulty Leadership Program (MLP) at the Wharton School develops transformative leaders through undergraduate, MBA, executive, and interdisciplinary programming that integrates leadership development, experiential learning, and real-world engagement across Penn and beyond. This role partners closely with program leadership, Wharton Finance & Administration, and Human Resources to ensure accurate financial processing, operational effectiveness, compliance with University policies, and continuous improvement of business processes and resource management.
