Responsibilities Manages and develops the service staff, which includes assisting in hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective productions. Coordinated activities of the maintenance, service, and indoor air quality departments to effect operational efficiency; uses system generated and locally produced reports to monitor field performance and identify areas for improvement.
