Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms; empties trash and replaces liners; cleans roadways, trails, campsites, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills; also cleans showers, chem-toilets, laundry, and office facilities on the approved schedule and follows Company recycling guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides courteous, helpful customer service, educates the public on recreation area rules and regulations, and stays familiar with local points of interest and facilities; knows rates, hours, and special events; promotes Company and partner programs; notifies the supervisor of guest dissatisfaction.
