Because the location operates with a high degree of local ownership, the General Manager must be comfortable leading across multiple functions, making sound day-to-day business decisions, and staying close enough to the operation to understand what is happening with employees, customers, routes, service, inventory, and branch execution. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution, quickly learn different areas of the business, solve problems independently, and build a strong culture of safety, service, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
