They will focus on significant projects critical to the organization's success, including analyzing and forecasting financial implications of new strategies, assessing pricing impact, performing feasibility assessments and supporting reviews of key business objectives, based on knowledge of performance management approach deployed, key operational KPIs and relevant data available. They will interface with CTS leadership; participating on cross-functional CTS project teams; and working closely with the Operations team, P&O team, Marketing team, Medical team, Accounting team and Financial Planning & Analysis team to develop forecasts, targets, and practice-level insights of critical projects and initiatives.
